Misaki is from Japan and is currently long touring the States with friends. I met her on an earlier visit to New York and I purchased some of her art then. She did not have enough change for me but let me have the art on a promise to return with the remainder later, yeah right, a tourist, in SoHo for the first time. Just finding the way back to my subway line is a challenge, but I returned about 3 hours later, with the change. And bought something else. I love this fresh, uninhibited whimsy of imagination and intuition. Japan blossom meets
